Our Service Technicians will show you, in writing, how much a particular repair will cost. That price includes the part, labor, sales tax, and warranty. Our labor is guaranteed for 30 days. Most parts carry a one-year warranty. Horizon Air Conditioning of Arizona, Inc., offers a "Service Agreement" contract to all residential customers at a cost of $140 annually for a home with a single system (one furnace and one air conditioning condenser unit or one package heating & cooling system), or $140.00 per unit if there are two or more. A 10% discount is offered to home owners with 3 or more air conditioning units on their homes. (This discount is not applicable to condominiums, duplexes, etc.) The contract entitles the home owner to two services annually: one in the Spring in preparation of Summer and one in the Fall in preparation of Winter, plus 15% off parts for any repairs that need to be done through the year. This can be a significant savings, especially to older systems. Service Agreement customers also enjoy the added benefit of priority service, even in the busiest times of the year. With the hot temperatures we endure during the summer months, Bullhead City air conditioning is a must, especially during the humid months of mid-July through mid-September.
